All utilities, cable, wifi internet, parking is included. Easy to get along with 31 year old guy with furnished 2/2, right across from the metro. Looking for someone who needs temporary/month to month place to stay. While staying longer term is a possibility, I can't promise it for a few reasons including that I am on month to month mysekf with the landlord.
I'm pretty quiet and very neat and looking for the same. Looking for a non-smoker, clean and considerate person. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, but I prefer little to no TV to be watched in the living room area (Sometimes I watch movies there). For the most part I use that area for working on my computer or reading so that's why I don't want too much noise there. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for guests (every once in a while I'll have a guest over) Must be ok with a cat. Also, should I go out on a trip I would likely sublet out my room. As far as the temperature goes, I like to keep it at 77 in the summer and 72 in the winter. I am planning to get a Vornado fan for the bedroom which is great for making it feel cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter but still being a comfertable overall temperature. I prefer no shoes to be worn past the entrance (indoor sandals ok on the hardwood floor and ceramic tile). Most of the place is hardwood floors except the bedrooms and an area rug in the living room. But if I have guests over, I usually make them take off their shoes only if if they go on the carpeted areas, for convenience sake. The unit is in a relatively new high rise building with a gym."
